Lafayette County Wage & Benefit Survey

In 2005 at the request of local economic development organizations in Lafayette County a Wage and Benefit Survey conducted.  Initial lists of targeted firms were developed within business-type groupings, resulting in a contact list of seventy-seven firms and organizations.  A fully blind direct-mail survey instrument was designed to determine specified OES employee classification wage rates to include average wage and wage range.  A total of twenty-eight responses were received, producing a response rate just over 36% which is over the typical response range for mail surveys.  Please click on the following link to view the entire study www.mogro.org/lafco.htm.
